Chablis Vieilles Vignes is made from vines that are 40 years old or more. The yield is lower which allows the concentration of the aromas and an exceptional roundness in mouth.

It is a very rich wine that can be kept for a long time, which will delight lovers of old Chablis.

The Chablis 1er Cru Vau-Ligneau is a wine of great subtlety; its finesse and its length in the mouth make the Vauligneau a wine for laying down. It is a perfect accompaniment to smoked salmon, foie gras and scallops.

We recommend keeping it for between 5 and 10 years, depending on the vintage.

The Chablis 1er Cru Beauroy is a full-bodied wine which allows us to vinify it in oak barrels. Its aromas of grilled almonds and vanilla, its length in the mouth and its golden colour make it a renowned 1er Cru. It is an elegant accompaniment to fish in sauce, shellfish and the traditional Chablis ham.

It can be kept for between 5 and 10 years depending on the vintage.
