The Chablis vineyards were hit by frost at the beginning of April. Here one of our parcels of Chablis 1er cru Beauroy protected by sprinkling. The sprayed water will create a particle of ice on the buds in order to maintain them at a temperature close to 0°c, which will protect the future grapes.
