The strength of Domaine de la Motte’s Chablis Premier Cru Beauroy allows us to vinify it in oak barrels. Its aromas of grilled almonds and vanilla, its length in the mouth and its golden colour make it a renowned Premier Cru. It is an elegant accompaniment to fish in sauce, shellfish and the traditional Chablis ham. It can be kept for 5 to 10 years, or even longer depending on the vintage.
