The wine is bottled several times a year at the Domaine. This is the penultimate stage before the sale, followed by labelling.
Bottling means that the wine’s maturation is over and that it can be bottled with the optimal factors for the good conservation of the wine, its aromas and its quality.
It all starts with the filtration of the wine a few days before bottling to remove the last particles present. Then comes the total disinfection of the bottling equipment and the adjustments (filling height, cork insertion).
The equipment is ready, the bottles are rinsed and then bottled, corked and stored until labelling.
